By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 999bee platform, including its website at 999bee.vip, mobile-optimised interface, or any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 999bee (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

999bee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at 999bee.vip/terms-conditions with the date of last revision. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Access to and use of the 999bee platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or current location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 999bee platform or had an account suspended or closed for violations of these terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress, undue influence, or incapacity.

999bee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time frame will result in account suspension and may lead to the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity will be in material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be subject to legal action.

Minors are strictly prohibited from using 999bee under any circumstances. If 999bee discovers that a minor has accessed the platform, all funds associated with that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

Each Player is permitted to hold one active account only on the 999bee platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999bee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings derived from those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 999bee will never contact you to request your password. You agree to notify 999bee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

999bee shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this clause. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

All financial transactions on the 999bee platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999bee supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are specified within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are processed instantly or near-instantly subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within one to three business days for bank transfer methods. 999bee does not charge any internal processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

999bee reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal. In particular, 999bee may request supporting documentation where a withdrawal request is unusually large, where the account has been flagged for review, or where anti-money laundering obligations require enhanced due diligence. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

Funds deposited into your 999bee account are used solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. 999bee does not pay interest on account balances. Funds may not be transferred between player accounts.

From time to time, 999bee offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game eligibility conditions, which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — the wagering requirement — before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and real-money funds are applied to bets in the order specified in your account dashboard.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of bonus funds solely on low-risk bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• 999bee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly and have no monetary value outside the platform.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players only and applies to the first deposit made following account registration.

All bets placed on 999bee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall take precedence in relation to that game or event only.

999bee reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed in error due to a system malfunction, software bug, or pricing error.
• The event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a result being determined under the applicable game rules.
• 999bee has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed as part of match-fixing, fraud, collusion, or any other form of corrupt or irregular activity.
• The bet was placed in breach of any term of this agreement, including eligibility or account rules.

Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. 999bee does not guarantee the availability of any particular market, sport, event, or game at any given time. The platform may add, remove, or suspend markets and games at its sole discretion.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their bets are placed correctly before confirming. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be edited, cancelled, or reversed by the player except in accordance with the specific game rules (such as a cash-out facility where available).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999bee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary player use.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotions across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial transaction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 999bee staff or other players via any channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its underlying systems, or other players' accounts.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account.

999bee employs fraud detection, pattern analysis, and account monitoring systems that operate continuously. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly, and 999bee's findings in relation to prohibited conduct are final and binding.

All content on the 999bee platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999bee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or licence in or to any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 999bee.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 999bee platform without prior written consent from 999bee. Unauthorised use of 999bee's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if 999bee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

999bee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999bee makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any content on the platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 999bee's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

999bee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from your account dashboard after login. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Where an account is closed by 999bee for cause, any associated bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
